Recurring Appointments
Recurring appointments are finally here!! *three cheers*This feature is perfect if you have a client that comes in on a regular basis (every 4 weeks) and you don’t want to have to re-book their appointment every time. With recurring appointments you make the appointment once, set up your recurring preferences, and your appointment will automatically show up on your calendar instantly!
To get started create an appointment and click the link that says “recurring appointment”.
Select how often you’d like the appointment to occur.
The magical StyleSeat computers will check to see if there are any conflicts on your calendar in the future and will display dates if so.
Click on the dates in the blue bar at the top of your calendar and reschedule any conflicting appointments. Once there are no conflicts, you’re all set!
*Your clients will receive reminder emails and text messages as normal, for the duration of your recurring appointment.
