Client Birthday Promotions

Ever wanted to send an automatic email to your clients on their birthday? Now you can! Client birthday emails are simple and effective. All you have to do is set up the promotion you want to offer, and we’ll automatically send an email to them with your offer at the beginning of their birthday month! It’s an easy program that takes almost no time and gives clients another reason to come see you!

To get set up your promotions go to the Settings tab in My Home, and click on the Client Communications tab

Go to the bottom of the page and turn Client Birthday Promotions to ON. You can select either a percent off their service, or a complimentary additional service if they book an appointment. Click save after you create the promotion!!

Birthday promotions are part of the StyleSeat Premium Marketer and Deluxe subscription packages.

StyleSeat Premium Badge

The StyleSeat Premium Badge is a great way to show clients that you’re a credible StyleSeat business, and to give you additional visibility in the StyleSeat directory. When clients see the badge they know you’re an active business on StyleSeat and likely more trustworthy and professional.
